Meet Sonja, Your Guide to Presence, Nature, and Connection

My name is Sonja Horvath and I am the founder of Yama Family Wellness. I love helping people. Whether it’s been in positions of customer service, teaching, or supporting families, I enjoy learning and sharing our life experiences. I also love being outdoors. The natural world continues to surprise me with its beauty. It reminds me that tapping into our origin, steeping in flora and fauna, recollobrates our bodies in ways other activities can not.

As a guide, I invite you to bathe in nature. I won’t ask you to take your clothes off. I will ask you to dive into your senses, noticing the world around us, and seize the opportunity to be present. Together, we see what nature has to offer us by asking, listening, and connecting with the land and its being.

I can’t wait to share this special practice with you!
